About the Author
After being raised in public housing until the age of six, Kelmeasha “Keli” McClure moved to the suburbs of Henrico, Virginia with her siblings. Hermitage Technical School and Henrico High School simultaneously provided her with the opportunity to obtain a certification in computer drafting and design. At ITT Technical Institute, she received her associate of science degree. After living most of her life in Henrico, she moved 30 minutes outside of Washington, D.C. after college.
Having acquired these skills, Keli decided to complete her bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at Old Dominion University. She began to realize that her passion was not just engineering but also helping others midway through ODU. Keli has spent the last decade reading and researching self-help novels, giving her outlook a palpable spark! Her latest novel she released on January 1, 2022; 31 Days of Positive Quotes I’ve Lived. Currently, Keli lives in central Virginia with her wife and family. She enjoys going out for coffee, walking in nature, and traveling around the world. It is important to note that Kelmeasha is no longer going by McClure. Her new last name is JoClure. She and her wife combined their last names after they were married in 2023.
